Ingredients
  

  • 25 small mullet cleaned
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 cloves of garlic finely ground
  • 5 fleg tamarind
  • 3 stalks of green onion
  • A small handful of cilantro
  • 6-8 wiri peppers optional, 5 grounded, and 3 whole
  • 2 tbsp green seasoning
  • 2 tbsp salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp ground greera
  • ½ pack sazon
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 ½ tbsp masala
  • 1 lime

  • Prep Mullet: Clean the small mullet, giving them a refreshing touch with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  • Sauté Aromatics: In a pot, heat 1/2 cup of oil. Add finely ground garlic and 5 grounded wiri peppers for a flavor boost.
  • Add Veggies: Toss in chopped onion, tomatoes, and your green seasonings, masala, and curry powder. Let it sizzle!
  • Create the Base: Pour in 1/2 cup of water. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes until you catch that irresistible aroma.
  • Introduce Mullet: Gently add the cleaned mullet to the pot. Pour in two cups of water and give it a gentle stir.
  • Simmer Away: Let everything simmer for 10-12 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
  • Garnish & Serve: Finish off by garnishing with green onions and cilantro. Your easy Mullet Curry is ready to steal the show!
