- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ cup tomatoes finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish

Make the Dosa Batter (Skip if Using Store-Bought)
