How to Make Fried Breadfruit

Start by peeling and slicing your breadfruit into even pieces about half an inch thick. Parboil these slices in salted water to soften them up before frying. Ingredients
  

  • 1 breadfruit
  • Oil or fat for deep frying
  • Salt for boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Breadfruit: Peel the breadfruit and cut it into even slices about 1/2 inch thick.
