How to Make Fried Breadfruit

Start by peeling and slicing your breadfruit into even pieces about half an inch thick. Parboil these slices in salted water to soften them up before frying. Once drained, fry the slices in hot oil until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—these fried slices are a perfect balance of textures.
