How to Make Fried Plantains

Slice your plantains crosswise or lengthwise, depending on your preference. Fry them in hot oil until they turn golden and tender. Sprinkle with salt for a savory kick, or enjoy their natural sweetness if using ripe plantains. Whether you’re serving them as a snack or a side dish, fried plantains bring the tropical sunshine straight to your plate.
