Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cayenne
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1-2 eggs
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Oil for frying vegetable or canola

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oil, in either a heavy pan on the stove or a deep-fryer, to 325 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine dry and wet ingredients to form a wet batter.
  • Make sure your chicken is dry and dip them into the batter.
  • Drip off any excess batter and then deep fry until golden brown (15-20 min).

Serve the fried chicken while they are still hot and crispy. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with a dipping sauce of your choice.
