Boss Man’s Plain Fried Rice

  • Heat 1 tablespoon ah canola oil in a big skillet or wok pon medium-high heat.
  • Chuck in de frozen mixed vegetables in de wok an' stir-fry fuh 2-3 minutes till dem hot through. Tek dem out an' keep aside.
  • In de same wok, add de odda 2 tablespoons ah canola oil.
  • Put in de cold white rice in de wok an' bruk up any clumps wid a spatula. Stir-fry de rice fuh 2-3 minutes till it start fuh sizzle an' get lil crispy.
  • Push de rice to one side ah de wok fuh mek a empty space. Buss de eggs inna de empty space an' scramble dem till dem cook right tru.
  • Once de eggs cook, mix dem up wid de rice inna de wok.
  • Sprinkle in de sea salt, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, an' de Chief fry rice seasoning inna de wok. Stir-fry fuh anodda 1-2 minutes fuh spread out de seasonings evenly.
  • Chuck back in de cooked mixed vegetables inna de wok an' mix dem up wid de rice an' eggs.
  • Drizzle de dark soy sauce an' oyster sauce ova de rice mixture. Stir-fry fuh anodda 1-2 minutes till everyting combine an' hot tru.
  • Tek off de wok from de heat an' dish out de fry rice onto serving plates.
  • Sprinkle wid chop-up green onions before serving. Enjoy yuh homemade plain fry rice!
