Kristine’s Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 1 cup Flour
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cayenne
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1-2 eggs
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Oil for frying vegetable or canola
Instructions
- Preheat your oil, in either a heavy pan on the stove or a deep-fryer, to 325 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine dry and wet ingredients to form a wet batter.
- Make sure your chicken is dry and dip them into the batter.
- Drip off any excess batter and then deep fry until golden brown (15-20 min).

Serve the fried chicken while they are still hot and crispy. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with a dipping sauce of your choice.
